Larry Dressell, project superintendent
As a Detroit native, Larry draws inspiration from the grit, determination, and ingenuity characterized by the Motor City. Having discovered an affinity for working with his hands at an early age, Larry has naturally been fascinated with construction. Beginning at age thirteen with a neighborhood lawn care operation, Larry spent his summer breaks working in nearly every trade. Larry’s dreams of skiing, climbing, fly-fishing, and playing lacrosse led him to Vermont. After earning a BA in English from Green Mountain College, Larry visited Wyoming in 2007 chasing bigger mountains and fatter trout—and never left. He has spent much of his time in Jackson working as a licensed HVAC tech, electrician, and carpenter, while moonlighting as a mandolinist. He has spent the last four years as a project manager and superintendent and has completed projects ranging from large to small, contemporary to traditional. Larry imparts a unique passion and perspective into the office and the field equally. He is proud to put his skills to work as part of the New West team.
