Site & Building Studies

We provide thorough site evaluations based on extensive knowledge of building, site and construction issues and regulations. Over many years we have developed trusted relationships and work closely with local planning, building and engineering officials to provide maximum value to each and every project.


The pre-construction process starts by providing an estimate of what your home or project should cost based on comparable jobs and our teams’ development experience. Once formally released, the pre-construction team validates and refines the estimate using subcontractor input, as well as constructability studies, site staging and phasing plans, and schedules provided by the scheduling and logistics team.        


Our estimating team is actively involved from conceptual budgeting all the way through final subcontractor bidding and buyout.

We offer considerably more than just passing on subcontractor bids to owners. Our team is comprised of true builders who evaluate design constructability and seek creative ways to improve budgets.

Schedule & Execution

After we have reviewed constructability and determined the optimal approach to the home or project, we evaluate the best schedule that works within the time and cost constraints. We carefully take into account the knowledge we have gained to determine the best sequence to the schedule.  Our clients are invited to use Co-Construct, our web-based project management and client communication tool which provides valuable information regarding budgets, change orders, scheduling, milestones and finish selections.  Our clients are are able to easily communicate with us and monitor the status of their project.  For more information, view this short video about Co-Construct.

Design + Build

Design + build leverages the combined experience and skill-sets of the architect, designer, engineer, and construction team.  This collaboration and synergy from the onset of a project can be more cost effective. Trust and free-thinking amongst the team fosters innovation and improves the process to fuse the project together to assure success.

Efficient Design

During the design and pre-construction phase, we evaluate construction details and materials that may affect the quality of the project, as well as make cost-effective recommendations to the owner.  Furthermore, we evaluate the efficiency of the design to ensure that all spaces are fully utilized. We have been a leader in bringing new materials and building practices to the Jackson area. We continue to research all aspects of the building process to educate our team and stay ahead of our competitors. We provide the best product at the best price, and in the shortest duration.

Budget Updates

We are on hand as the project moves into the pre-construction phase to provide any pricing required for the project. Detailed estimates will be generated throughout the design phase; typically at schematic design, design development, 50% drawings, 85% drawings, and 100% drawings. These estimates and input from our subcontractors are transparent to our clients and the design team.
