Alec worked with his dad in construction during his early years and managed a Habitat for Humanity project at age 16. He enjoyed the experience of handing over the keys to new homeowners. Alec joined the Marine Corps at 17 and as a combat engineer, he managed multiple building projects overseas working with coalition forces in the Middle East. After two successful deployments he transitioned out of the Marines and got back into home building in Wisconsin before relocating to Jackson.
At New West, Alec coordinates and oversees jobsites and ensures quality control. He has learned every trade one by one which helps him manage successful jobsites.
