Elliot knew he wanted to live in the mountains and moved to Jackson in 2018 specifically to work for New West. He loves the uniqueness of every project he manages in the field, the constant problem solving and creativity, and the variety each day brings.

Fits and Arugula, both Australian Shepherds, love to come to work every day. Fits plays fetch, while Arugula enjoys collecting treats from all of her friends.
