Haley Mahar

Known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and love for gable roofs, Haley oversees day-to-day operations and management of the New West New England team. After spending five years in Jackson, Haley is thrilled to be able to bring the teamwork, dedication, and collaboration of New West to her native Northeast soil. Haley works closely with clients and design teams from start to finish, ensuring smooth, transparent transitions from the design into construction. Haley’s favorite part of the construction process is the personal connection that comes from creating homes, buildings, and spaces that change how people interact with their daily lives.

Haley is slowly but surely working towards puppy ownership and enjoys spending time with Gracie Slater when she’s in Jackson.
