Director of Preconstruction

Growing up in “The Biggest Little City in the World” – Reno, Nevada – instilled in me a love for community and the outdoors. After graduating from Colorado State University with degrees in Civil Engineering and Botany, I moved to Jackson on Christmas Eve 2002. Having visited friends in the area multiple times, I was already drawn to the small community atmosphere and the abundance of outdoor activities that complemented the active lifestyle I wanted to lead.

Now, I proudly call Jackson home, where I serve as the Director of Preconstruction at New West. This new role involves organizing the scope and budgeting for all new projects, both for clients and our organization, a responsibility I approach with determination and care. My professional background includes experience as a Project Manager at ACM Wyoming and as a Civil Engineer at Jorgensen, roles that refined my skills and prepared me for this position.

Outside of work, I treasure my time in the Wyoming outdoors, especially in the fall when camping, fishing, and skiing fill the crisp days with joy.Beyond exploring nature, I enjoy cooking, spending precious moments with friends and family, and picking up a good book whenever I can. Life at home with my husband and our three active kids – whom I always seem to be chauffeuring around – keeps me grounded and filled with gratitude.
